My name is Keith and I am a professional badminton player that competes internationally and I was lucky enough to work with Moustafa. I was mainly struggling with knee and hip pain. Furthermore, I was trying to improve my physical fitness to prepare for upcoming tournaments.
After training with Moustafa, I managed to get rid of all my injuries while still being able to train at a high level, which allowed me to increase my sporting performance. We were also able to develop my strength, power endurance, mobility and basically almost every aspect of physical fitness in order to prepare me for upcoming tournaments. I believe that with Moustafa’s help, I was able to reach these goals and I managed to learn many new things along the way as well.
Overall, one of the best coaches/trainers because of the dedication and effort that Moustafa puts into every session. He is also extremely knowledgeable and experienced, which also gives me full confidence while training. He communicates well which allows me to also give my input during training. Another really great thing is the individual attention and specificity in his programs, because he really tailored the program to suit my needs and goals, instead of just giving me a generic program. One more unique thing that Moustafa offers is that he is an expert in rehab and injury prevention, which almost no other trainer does. I think that this is so important and it really differentiates Moustafa from other trainers because he has this extra skill and knowledge which is usually neglected by many in Malaysia.
I believe that Moustafa is a well-rounded coach/trainer and I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND him to anyone who is looking to improve their physical fitness or health in general, regardless if you are an athlete or not.
