He was very supportive and knew how to keep me motivated. However, i think that the diet plan needs to be clearer.

Aqmar is very detail with his training. I started my first trial training session with him last week and he did all the test to examine my fitness level, strength, stamina etc. He treat his work very professionally and also a very pleasant person. I'm starting my actual full training in September. Looking forward!!
