Hi I am Aaron and I am the founder of Strict. Calisthenics Academy, the Melaka first freestyle fitness brand that provide trainings at Recreational parks. I am a Certified NASM Personal Trainer with CPR training and a talent for developing fitness program to introduce people to know more about Calisthenics Exercises and on how to have more sustainable fitness lifestyle. I am an energetic and passionate Personal Trainer with more than 5 years of experience coaching one-to-trainings and group fitness. Highly self trained and experience in areas of Calisthenics exercises(9 years experiences), Post Rehabilitation, Strength and Sport Performance. I have a true passion for designing training programs that proven track record in motivating clients to safely achieve weight loss goals, recovered through detailed and effective exercise program.
