A highly self-motivated individual who first became interested in fitness due to the inability to sit still and a passion to stay fit. Passion turned into an unexpected career which enabled me to learn and share my knowledge through personal training. While slowly building and growing my network, I continue to change and expand my training methods by learning new techniques and applying new tools to my training with clients. I would like to continue my career progression in this industry by building and creating awareness about the benefits and positivity fitness has to one’s health.
