Professional experience
I am an American Council of Exercise Certified coach with 5 years experience in the industry. I get my clients to achieve their goals safely, efficiently and by using the latest scientific information. My specialty is fat loss, concentrating on nutrition. I have experience in training older populations. I also have experience training people with medical conditions(with a doctor's permission).
