Experience speaks louder than words. I used to be a big girl , starting weight at 120 kg in year *information hidden*I then lost 40 kg in a year but bounced back to 100 kg as I started working . Along the way , I was making excuses for my weight gain . Then I realized enough is enough, I have been making excuses for myself throughout my entire life and they were unhealthy for me physically and mentality. I have shed another 30 kg since and have managed to kept the weight off for the past 2 years. Not only can I help you achieve your personal goal in weight but also change your mindset to a positive one. People have described me as pretty easy going and always have a good laugh together. I will make sure your journey isn’t torturous but a meaningful one.
