Informative and complete training including guidance on diet and various types of exercise on every session, with sufficient explanation regarding the muscle group, do's and dont's and also modifications of the exercise if needed.
I would definitely recommend hiring Mr Safwan as a trainer because I'm happy to say that I am satisfied with the service and progress that I made throughout the training.
