Hafiz is very knowledgeable and passionate in what he does. I learn something new almost in every session. Very focused and disciplined during training sessions and introduced me to variety of trainings so I don’t get bored. I achieved quite significant result at the end of 3 months. The package offered comes with great benefits which I think makes it one of the best one throughout JB. I’m very satisfied and would 100% recommend.

One of the best fitness project i have done on *information hidden*August *information hidden*Kate Fletcher, Head of Pharmacy at University of Reading Malaysia & UK, She been looking for trainer to improve her body condition in terms of cardiac health, weight loss, and muscle strength. One of the common problems she had is dizziness, heart beat turn fast and have difficulty to catch breathing whenever she doing legs physical movement or exercise (like Squat) What i have done for her is : 1)Strength The Core (abdominal muscle) 2)weight lifting for Upper body (Pectoral Deltoid,arm & back muscle) 3)Aerobics exercise - Cardiovascular condition by doing above, Kate Fletcher have improve her Cardiac Health, Testosterone & Strength. She finally achieved about 120 lbs of Deadlift & 120lbs Barbell Half Squat on smith machine Project take about 7 months
