Hi, I'm Nicholas and I'm a freelance certified personal trainer based in Penang Island. I've been in the fitness industry for the past 6 years mainly focusing on bodybuilding and weight management programs. Over the years, I've been researching, learning and continuously keeping myself updated in fitness and nutrition. Being disciplined and committed is the key to achieving your goals. The key to success is to train smart and to incorporate a flexible and balanced diet. So don't worry when I say you need to take care of your diet, trust me you can enjoy delicious foods while living a healthy lifestyle. My main focus when I first started working out is due to passion and also to look good and have a healthier lifestyle. Who is this for: If you're looking to get fit, burn fat, get stronger, build lean muscles or simply to live a healthier life then please do not hesitate to contact me. I also do train senior citizens to have better mobility due to age or simply just to stay more active. Every client is different and will get a personalize program designed by me in order to suit your fitness goal. Locations available for training: - Certain areas of Penang Island only. - Your condominium/apartment/house - Commercial gym (entrance fee paid by client) - Penang Swimming Club If you can dedicate at least 3 times a week of your time to train and also change your nutrition plan according to your goal then I can guarantee you will see results in no time! Its never too early or too late to work towards being the healthiest you! Your success is my success!

If you’re looking for results-driven, expert and professional coaching, I would highly recommend Nic. He is very knowledgeable, experience and friendly, I have been training with Nic for over 2 months (3 times a week), I have lost 7kg to date and gained a noticeable amount of strength and muscle mass, he keeps pushing my physical limits and really keeping on top of my diet. I can’t write enough how great he is, he helps me to gain my self-confidence which I have never experienced before. Nic is very helpful and patient, but also, quite strict at the same time =P Time and efforts speak, I’ve seen my changes not only in physical, but in mental too – I eat better, sleep better, gain more clarify of mind throughout the workdays. I really really really cannot recommend Nic enough!!

Nick is somebody who takes pride in everything he does. He trained me as accordance to my objectives and is both very knowledgeable in the various methods of training and as well as proper dieting. In a year I have gained substantial amount of muscle mass, picked up different training methods, eating healthy and it feels great to finally see results. Today, he is not only a personal trainer but a personal friend. Thanks Nick!

I had Nick as my personal trainer since June this year. What I can say about him is that he is able to come up with a workout to suit my needs as I am into running and swimming. I wanted to increase my strength as well as endurance and he is able to do that for me. In addition, he is able explain and correct my posture during my strength training to specifically hit the targeted muscle group. Nick is also able to advice and help me on my recovery after my race (half marathon or swim/run) by using the massage gun, Hypervolt. With this, it assist my recovery faster. Overall, I would highly recommend his service as he is professional and he knows how to train people to suit their needs.

I was recommended to Nicholas by a fellow fitness enthusiast for the results he has gained, at the time I was reluctant due to disappointing experiences with my earlier trainer but decided to give it another go and fast forward two years later, I still have my one-on-one sessions with Nicholas today, 3 times a week. He is encouraging and determined to keep me on my fitness journey, even when I’m away on travels. Since training with Nicholas, working out has become more than just physical fitness, improvements in mental and emotional strength were apparent along with an invaluable education about diets that work for my body. Couldn’t have asked for more.
