He is very knowledgeable, experience and friendly, I have been training with Nic for over 2 months (3 times a week), I have lost 7kg to date and gained a noticeable amount of strength and muscle mass, he keeps pushing my physical limits and really keeping on top of my diet.

I had Nick as my personal trainer since June this year. What I can say about him is that he is able to come up with a workout to suit my needs as I am into running and swimming. I wanted to increase my strength as well as endurance and he is able to do that for me. In addition, he is able explain and correct my posture during my strength training to specifically hit the targeted muscle group. Nick is also able to advice and help me on my recovery after my race (half marathon or swim/run) by using the massage gun, Hypervolt. With this, it assist my recovery faster. Overall, I would highly recommend his service as he is professional and he knows how to train people to suit their needs.
