If you're looking for a trainer who makes tailor made workout routine with the perfect amount of challenge for you then Jay is your best find! On top of that, he's also punctual and disciplined. The process of acquiring him as a trainer is structured really well which makes the whole experience seamless. He pushes you to better yourself after each training but at the same time ensures that you don't sustain any injuries. Jay is definitely your go-to trainer!

Jay helps me to get into the physique that I wished I had since god knows when. He planned out my training plan, understood what I liked to do and achieve, and adapt the exercises as we go. We trained at least 3x a week - now I'm much stronger than I was before. My body fat % even dropped from 25.6% to 23.1%! Highly recommended.

Our standard pricing per session is RM120, however you will get better deal if you sign up for more sessions - please contact us for pricing details. For new clients, we offer a RM225 trial package for 3 sessions (RM75/session).

We will first assess your fitness goal, level, and condition. We then craft out a personalized training plan for you based on your answers of our questionnaires. We'll explain and walk you through our training design principle prior to our first session, and progress towards your intended goal(s).

- FEA Certified Trainer (FITM) - Certified CPR - 5 to 6 years gym workout experience

Passion in fitness and would like to make fitness available for everyone.
