Khwan is an experienced and friendly personal trainer. He would guide his client along the way as long as you are willing to put in the effort and the hard work. I had great personal training sessions with him and definitely got the results I wanted!

Fitness has always been my passion. I grew up doing a lot of sports and being active.
I work with all types of clients, both male and female. However, I tend to have more female clients therefore my clients are mostly female based.
My advice would be not to rush and try it out first, the client and trainer's synergy is important in the long run.
Please be physically and mentally ready. Achieving your goal will not only solely come from me but rather I'm just assisting and supervising your training/ nutrition. Most of the time, it comes from the fire inside of you.
