Professional experience
Currently running an underground supper club for few years. Restaurant being rated as 10 most unforgettable dining experience in Kuala Lumpur by KL Foodie. Restaurant was also being featured in both Chinese and English newspaper, blogs, famous food websites particularly The Edge and Oriental Daily news as well as international brands like Jet Star Australia and so on. Besides I am part-time 5 star Airbnb Experience host teaching culinary for travelers around the world for around 2 years. My students were from UK, Brazil, South Africa, Germany, US and many more. Had various experiences working in hotels like Four Seasons Resort, restaurants, food manufacturers before. Most importantly passionate in cooking and always em phasing in using the best quality ingredients.
