What we however endeavour to do is to make our fees as competitive, flexible in payment and affordable based on each client's circumstances. Certain other legal work like conveyancing (i.e. real property transaction) are regulated by law and thus follow a fixed prescribed fee, subject to any permissible discounts.

We noticed that a lot of prospective clients are concerned about where the lawyer may be located. You may be guided that generally, lawyers admitted to the High Court of Malaya ( i.e. practicing in Peninsula Malaysia) cannot ordinarily provide legal services in Sabah/Sarawak, but the opposite is not true, due to the unique laws governing Malaysia. But other than that, lawyers admitted to the High Court of Malaya can act and provide legal services all throughout Peninsula Malaysia. The fact that our offices may be located at a different state from where the subject matter arises isn't so concerning as it was back then, as society has adapted to communicate remotely, and for a large part, most court proceedings are also heard online. That saves a lot of time and costs.
