Construction Adjudication under CIPAA 2012: • Successfully acting for the unpaid party in a claim for certified work done, variation order and release of retention sum. Corporate ﹠ Commercial: • Application for Leave and the subsequent commencement of Derivative Proceedings. • Minority oppression. • Application for pre-action discovery. • Advising, drafting, reviewing and vetting of Sub-Contract Agreements, terms ﹠ conditions. Family, Matrimonial ﹠ Administration of Estates: • Contentious and non-contentious divorce. • Application for variation of Decree Nisi in respect of child custody and maintenance order. • Application for leave to commence committal proceedings and the subsequent committal action. • Application for Grant of Probate, Letters of Administration and De Bonis Non. • Substituting/adding an administrator in respect of an estate yet to be fully administered. Employment and Industrial Relations: • Representing both employees and employers in the Industrial Court. • Advising a Malaysian company undergoing downsizing in offering Mutual Separation Schemes to their employees. • Advising on terms ﹠ conditions of employment. • Advising, drafting and reviewing employment contracts.
