For our services we give our clients the flexibility of choosing either firm-fixed rate, whereby our rate per operative is fixed and the clients do not have to worry about any additional cost inccured during the operation or cost-plus rate whereby the rate is adjustable according to operational requirements.

We will set up an interview session with the client, the reason for this is to try and get a better picture of their situation, we're looking for threat history, medical history, psychological history, blood type, allergies, likes, dislikes, friends and family, day to day activity and so on, the purpose is for us to understand the threat level involving the client. From all the information gathered we will build a profile of the client and adjust our protection team accordingly. Rest assured that all information obtained during the interview shall remain confidential and shall be treated with extreme caution.

For a few weeks we were tasked to provide covert protection to a team of auditors while posing as one of their own, while they conduct their assessment on a number of factories in and around Selangor.

1. Close Protection Officers are security professionals, my advice is only hire us if you have real threats, in need of serious protection or fearful for the safety and security of your life and/or the lives of those around you, if you hire us to display status and attract attention, it will do you more harm than good (speaking from experience). 2. Firearms are the last resort, everything that we do, every step we take, is to avoid having to use it, so let our consultant determine whether or not firearms should be involved. 90% of the time they are not a necessity. However sometimes the likeliness of the 10% dictates that firearms has its place. 3. Our operatives have a very specific job scope, please do not instruct them to deliver tasks that are not related to safety and security, i.e. cleaning toilets, gardening, buying groceries, cleaning cars (except for security drivers), walking the dog, etc. the reason for this is that these task may stir their focus away from they main and most important task, to keep you safe by any means necessary.
