Pricing is determined by the level of risk to the client. We quantify the risk to the client / principal through carefully gathering required threat and risk information.

A face - to - face meeting at a discreet location is the first step towards a project. Our operations team will then go through a risk / threat profile assessment with the principal / client before recommending any form of protection. A mobilisation fee (usually 10% of the contract value) is charged before any preparation work is conducted prior to the task. The principal is taken through our protection measures and briefed on any evacuation methods should the need arise. 50% payment due before the task commences, with the remaining 50% payable halfway throughout the commencement of the task for ad-hoc jobs. For long-term jobs, payment terms are discussed on a case-by-case basis.

Perform extensive due-diligence on the company/individual before hiring. This can be done via reviews, social media, websites and simply googling news articles on the company/professional. Educational qualifications are important, but trust is essential. Clients hire us because of our discretion.

The exact reasons why protection is needed: 1. Is there anyone who has the motive to harm you? 2. Who are these individuals who wish to harm you? 3. What assets need protection? (Spouse? Child?
